This, although not my favorite of the Help! I'm trapped in series, was a great book. It is funny, entertaining, and is one of those books I'd read over, and over, and over, and over...
I loved this book. It was a little odd but I liked it. I didn't know what was going to happen once they had switched bodies. This book is great for those who like a little adventure and some comedy.
I recommend this book to anyone who has a sence of humor.I thought it was funny when Jake just turned himself into the president and he didn't even know it,or when he had to give a speech during the election and he didn't have a clue on what to say.This was a really good book and I enjoyed reading it.
I borrowed this book from my friend. I rate this book 4 stars because it doesn't have that many funny parts, but it's still good. It has 34 chapters. I also reccomend "...in my teacher's body,in obedience school, in an alien's body,in the first day of school!" VERYVERYVERYVERYVERY funny. Believe me, you'll like (or love) it. And that's MY opinion!
Help! I�m Trapped in the President�s Body by Todd Strasser is just an average book. Parts of the book are funny, especially when the characters almost start a nuclear war. There is also a funny ending. I like the idea that a middle school student gets turned into the President. The book needs more action, though. All the characters do is walk around and talk. Maybe the other books in the series are better. I wouldn�t recommend this book to a friend. I rate this a 2 ½ star novel.
When President Frink comes to Burp It Up Middle School to talk about his upcoming election, Jake Sherman could be less than thrilled. All politicians do is lie about how they're going to help the country. But Jake gets the full blast of politician life when he switches bodies with President Frink, and President Frink refuses to switch back! Jake will be forced to be the president for a while. And that means, he'll have to say the Presiden't pre-election speech.
This was probably one of the worst HELP! I'm Trapped books, but it was stilly funny. I probably thought it wasn't the best one because nobody did anything that hilarious or action-y. The best part was when Jake said the President's pre-election speech. That speech will make you wonder why a kid isn't the president of the United States.
Really really really good book for 9-11 year olds
